Chillicothe Chamber Of Commerce issued the following announcement on Jan. 1.
Significant ice accumulation is expected tomorrow (Friday). Travel is not advised, so stay home if possible. If you must travel, keep emergency supplies in your vehicle such as a blanket, battery bank for your phone, and/or food supplies.
