Havana median home prices rose by 30.5% in March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Havana rose by $18,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $77,000 - a 30.5% increase over the $59,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Havana in March 2020.

The median sales tax in Havana for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,571, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for March 2021.
