CONSENT AGENDA

Approval Of The Following Consent Items By Vote:

(All matters listed under CONSENT AGENDA will be enacted by one motion and one roll call vote.

There will not be separate discussion on these items. If discussion is desired by any Member of the City Council, the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and discussed immediately after approval of the Consent Agenda.)

1. Approve July12, 2021 Regular Council Meeting Minutes.

2. Approve July 12, 2021, Executive Council Meeting Minutes.

3. Approve $3,119.79 payment to Better Banks for monthly Fire Engine 313 loan payment.

4. Approve $757.36 payment to Better Banks for monthly Police Squad 21-1 loan payment.

5. Motion to approve $5,234 payment to Air One Equipment for two sets of bunker gear for Fire Department.

6. Motion to approve T. J. Reynolds salary increase to $19.00 dollars an hour, retroactive to July 1, 2021

6. Motion to approve payment not to exceed $3,000 to Core & Main for flushing and replacing hydrants on Cole Hollow Road.

7. Motion to approve $646.95 payment to edarley.com for purchasing a jet siphon for fire department.

8. Motion to approve the purchase of laptops for council not to exceed $8,000.00.

9. Approve Bi-Monthly expenditures in the amount of $51,653.94 .

NEW BUSINESS

1. Motion to appoint T. J. Reynolds as Deputy Clerk.

2. Motion to appoint Corry Harris as Treasurer for the remainder of current two-year term.

3. Motion to approve hiring Cody Sutter as a full time Police Officer with August Academy enrollment.

4. Motion to approve hiring of new Impound Hearing Attorney Bridget Burke.
