Median home prices in Roanoke rose to $83,000 in April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Roanoke rose by $13,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $83,000 - a 18.6% increase over the $70,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Roanoke in April 2020, as well.
