El Paso median home prices fell by 15.4% in April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in El Paso fell by $19,450 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $107,000 - a 15.4% decrease over the $126,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in El Paso in April 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in El Paso for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $2,616, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for April 2021.
