Havana median home prices fell by 32.2% in August 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Havana fell by $19,000 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $40,000 - a 32.2% decrease over the $59,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Havana in August 2020.

The median sales tax in Havana for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,571, approximately 3.9% of the median home sale price for August 2021.
