On Sept. 30, Melissa Musson purchased a home at 217 E. State, Astoria from Sharon Connolly (and others) for $120,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $3,884.86, 3.22% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, two properties sold in Astoria.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Doris E. Connolly, was the only registered voter residing at 217 E. State as of Oct. 10, 2020.
