Goodfield median home prices fell by 6.8% in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Goodfield fell by $10,100 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $137,900 - a 6.8% decrease over the $148,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Goodfield in the first half of 2020.
