Metamora home prices rose in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Metamora rose by $9,500 while total sales decreased by 21.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $171,000 - a 5.9% increase over the $161,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Metamora in the first half of 2020.
