Roanoke home prices rose in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Roanoke rose by $54,950 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,950 - a 37.6% increase over the $146,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Roanoke in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Roanoke for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $2,352, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
