September 2021: Home prices in El Paso increased

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in El Paso rose by $28,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $148,000 - a 23.3% increase over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in El Paso in September 2020.
