9. Approval of the April Financial Reports for the Broadway, Green Valley, Meadowview, Mackinaw, and the April/May Reports for the Delavan Apartments.

A. Resolution No. 2724-Authorization to Award a Contract to Hoerr’s Blacktop and Sealcoating in the Amount of $10,550.00 to Sealcoat and Stripe at the Broadway Apartments and at the Golden Arms Apartments, to be paid from the Operating Account

B. Resolution No. 2725- Authorization to award a contract for Sealcoating and overlay the asphalt at the Green Valley, and Delavan Apartments Apartments

C. Resolution No. 2726- Review and approval of the Executive Director’s contract

1. Resolution No. 2727-Request to Retain and Roll Over Certificate of Deposit #XXXXXXXXXX at First Pekin Savings Bank in the amount of $100,000.00 with a Term of 15-Months at 1.60%

3. Resolution No. 2729-Request to Retain and Roll over Certificate of Deposit#XXXXXXXXXX in the Amount of $100,000 From Morton Community Bank for 14 Months at .66% Apy
