A. Consideration and possible approval for the recommendation of the Zoning Board to accept the area variance request by Leitrim Land and Development LLC for property located at 77 E. Main Street in The City of El Paso, Illinois. The request is to receive a variance to allow different yard requirements on the east, west, and north side of a proposed building. Under City Ordinance in Chapter 315-76 Limited Industrial LI District, section B and C required yards, side yards shall be required at least 30 feet in width, and rear yard is required 30 feet in depth or 1/3 the structure height, whichever is greater.
B. Consideration and possible approval to continue general insurance and workers compensation from January 1, 2023 to January 1, 2024 with Assured Partners. The premium would be $83,672.00.
C. Consideration and possible approval of ordinance #1056. An ordinance amending Chapter 288, Article VII of the El Paso Municipal Code regarding seizure and impoundment of vehicle.
