Peoria Standard

There were five offenders living in Fulton County released on parole during the fourth quarter of 2022, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by Peoria Standard.

The data shows four men and one woman were released in Fulton County. The median age of the parolees was 43. The youngest parolee was a 33-year-old woman sentenced for a crime involving drugs in 2022, and the oldest was a 63-year-old man sentenced for a crime involving alcohol in 2021.

The offender incarcerated the longest was Max G. Reinhardt. He was convicted of a crime involving alcohol in 2021 when he was 61 years old. He is now 63.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
