The City of Peoria Community Development Department awarded mini grants to 32 neighborhood associations and homeowner associations through the 2023 Neighborhood Mini Grant Program.
The Neighborhood Mini Grant Program provides neighborhood and homeowner associations (HOAs) with grants to improve their neighborhoods and build community. The maximum funding amount per grant is $5,000. The program is funded by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. Visit our website for more information on each individual project.
