  1. Approve June 26, 2023, Regular Council Meeting Minutes
  2. Approve Bi-Monthly expenditures in the sum of $125,844.61
  3. Approve $6,994.70 to Southwestern Illinois Police Academy training for Logan Weseloh
  4. Approve the amount not to exceed $22,000.00 for new software, training and implementation provided by LOCUS.
  5. Approve the amendment of the Personnel Policy
