Next Social Determinants of Health - The Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) - Accelerator Plan leadership team invites residents to join them for another meeting on Thursday, July 27th at 5:30 pm at the George Washington Carver Center. During the previous gathering, we had important conversations and received valuable suggestions. To continue the dialogue and gather further information, we would like to invite you to participate.

The upcoming meeting will focus on transportation and accessibility in the neighborhood, covering topics such as sidewalks, green spaces, and bus stops. The team is particularly interested in hearing from the community about their experiences and preferences in getting around their neighborhood. The Health Department is developing the plan with a Social Determinants of Health lens, specifically focusing on the built environment and social connectedness of the community.
