EXECUTIVE SESSION 5 ILCS 120/2 (C) (1.) THE APPOINTMENT, EMPLOYMENT, COMPENSATION, DISCIPLINE, PERFORMANCE OR DISMISSAL OF SPECIFIC EMPLOYEES OF THE PUBLIC BODY OR LEGAL COUNSEL FOR THE PUBLIC BODY
A motion was made by Council Member Nutter seconded by Council Member Hohimer to move into Executive Session to discuss 5 ILCS 120/2 (c) (1.) The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific employees of the public body or legal counsel for the public body. On roll call vote all present voted Aye. Motion carried.
Mayor Mary Burress announced that no action would be taken after Executive Session.
ADJOURN
There being no further business of the Council, a motion was made by Councilmember Orrick seconded by Councilmember Nutter to adjourn. Motion carried viva voice. Mayor Burress adjourned the meeting at 5:32 PM.
