Item Number 2 - Adoption of Ordinance Number 4744 on its Second Reading - (AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SPECIAL USE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 105 ILLINI DRIVE IN THE CITY OF EAST PEORIA, TAZEWELL COUNTY, ILLINOIS.) - (Special Use to allow for placement and construction of an additional accessory structure on the Property at a location that is in the front yard of the Property.)

Item Number 3 - Adoption of Ordinance Number 4745 on its Second Reading - (AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SPECIAL USE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 410 PEKIN AVENUE IN THE CITY OF EAST PEORIA, TAZEWELL COUNTY, ILLINOIS.) – (Special Use to allow for placement and construction of an additional accessory structure on the Property.)
