Waukegan's official Trick-or-Treat will take place on Sunday, October 29th from 2pm-5pm.

Be careful when driving through neighborhoods where little ghosts and goblins may not be watching for cars as they scamper across the street in search of treats!

As a reminder, some neighborhoods in Waukegan abut other municipalities with other Trick-or-Treat hours, specifically on Tuesday, October 31st. Drive safely.
