The City of Waukegan is looking for interested residents to join the Stakeholder Participation Panel (SPP). As a panel member you will have the opportunity to participate in the planning process for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), represent your neighborhood, and contribute to important decisions regarding housing and community development.
All Waukegan residents who have live here for at least one year and have a passion for community development may apply.
