The 93rd District is home to many historic sites, towns, landmarks, and buildings, and, over the last several months, my staff and I have been working with one of these sites to provide support in their mission to repair and restore their historic buildings.
Bishop Hill, IL, a village in Henry County, is home to the Bishop Hill State Historic Site. This site includes a beautiful array of historic buildings, memorials, a park, and a gazebo, and they need support to ensure these buildings stay in good condition for future generations to enjoy and learn from.
To help in this mission, one way you can contribute is by nominating Bishop Hill to be designated as a Most Endangered Historic Place in Illinois by Landmarks Illinois.
