Contractors registered with the City! 

Contractor registration expires on Sunday, December 31st. Log into the City's portal to submit updated certificate of insurance and a copy of your current license under the "My Records" tab. The submission will be reviewed within 10 business days and an email sent to you with instructions to pay when approved.

Permit process improvements were made this year and now allows contractors to apply and upload all documents 24/7, have live updates to check the status of their applications, view plan review comments, reply with updated documents, view all old transactions and receipts needed for tax purposes, and receive emailed inspection results. A physical permit counter is now on the 1st floor of City Hall to help should guidance be needed.
