City of Eureka City Council met Feb. 20.

Here is the agenda provided by the council:

1. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance.

2. Roll Call.

3. Approval of Minutes from February 5, 2024 Council Meeting.

4. Approval of minutes of the Committee Meetings held within the prior 30 days. (1st monthly meeting)

5. Treasurer’s Report (2nd monthly meeting).

6. Public Comments on any action to be taken on Agenda items.

7. Approval of semi-monthly bills.

8. Consideration of accepting a bid for Kaufman Golf Course and Apostolic Christian Home areas Storm Sewer Improvements with the low bid being received by Stark Excavating in the amount of $3,355,000 and the engineer’s estimate being $3,000,000.

9. Consideration of issuing Notice to Proceed to contractor for the Kaufman Golf Course and Apostolic Home areas Storm Sewer Improvements.
