The Waukegan Fire Department offers the American Heart Association Friends & Family CPR course for people ages 15+. This course does not include a CPR course completion card or CPR certification card.
The course teaches lifesaving skills of adult, child, and infant Hands-Only CPR,; adult, child and infant AED use; and mild and severe airway block for adults, children, and infants. Skills are taught in a group environment using practice-while-watching technique and provides students with hands-on CPR practice.
The free course is scheduled for four Saturdays throughout 2024, all at 10am:
May 18th August 24th November 16th
