9. Consideration of agreement for engineering of MFT project.

10. Consideration of Resolution 24-03, a resolution to utilize MFT funds for road improvements.

11. Executive Session pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(C)(5) for the purpose of the discussion of the purchase, lease, or acquisition of property.
