House Deputy Minority Leader Ryan Spain, House Minority Leader Tony McCombie, and Deputy Leader Norine Hammond were present today at the Capitol to greet a delegation from the Irish Consulate in Chicago. The delegation included several Irish officials, as reported, Minister Heather Humphries, Consul General Kevin Byrne, Vice Consul Padraig Manning, Special Advisor Pauric McPhillips, and Eamonn McCormack.
