IV. CONSENT AGENDA (including reports to be filed)

C1. The Treasurer report consisting of the Bank and CD's Portfolio for the month of February 2024 and Revenue & Expenditure Reports for the month of December 2023.

C2. The Finance Department’s report of expenditures from Accounts Payable system is. accessible at https://www.peoriacounty.gov/199/Transparency-Portal.

C3. A resolution (items 3-5, 7,10, 12 conveyances; item 14 defaulted reconveyance) from the Ways and Means recommending that the County Board Chairperson be authorized and directed to execute deeds of said property to the highest bidder and be authorized to cancel the appropriate Certificates of Purchase. This resolution shall be effective ninety days from April 11, 2024, and any transaction between the parties involved not occurring within this period shall be null and void.

C4. A resolution from the Ways and Means Committee recommending approval of the 2024 Additional Appropriation from surplus reserves in the VAC Fund 2620.

C5. A resolution from the County Operations Committee recommending approval of a two-year contract for the use of NACo’s Public Promise SAVI tool.

C6. A resolution from your County Operations Committee recommending approval of Worker’s Compensation Settlement in Case 010015-006379-WC-01.

C7. A resolution from your Infrastructure Committee recommending approval of an Ordinance to set speed limit on North Trivoli Road

V. ZONING ORDINANCE AND RESOLUTIONS

1. Case #ZBA-2024-005, Petition of John Parshall. A Rezoning request from “R-2” Medium Density Residential to “C-2” General Commercial. The petitioner proposes to rezone 0.31 acres in order to bring an existing automobile repair business parking lot into compliance. The parcel is located in Trivoli Township. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommends approval. The Land Use Committee concurs.

2. Case #ZBA-2024-009, Petition of Four Creeks, LLC. A Special Use as required in Section 20-5.1.3.3.d of the Unified Development Ordinance. This section allows for meteorological towers, provided that the conditions in Section 5.14.3-3 (Meteorological Towers) are met, in the "A-1" Agricultural Preservation Zoning District. The parcel is located in Millbrook Township. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommends approval. The Land Use Committee concurs.

3. Case #ZBA-2024-013, Petition of Michael P. Cochran. A Rezoning request from “A-2” Agriculture to “R-R” Rural Residential. The petitioner proposes to rezone 31.947 acres in order to subdivide the property into 7 lots intended for single family residences. The parcel is located in Kickapoo Township. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommends approval. The Land Use Committee concurs.

4. A resolution from your Executive Committee recommending approval of Amendment #9 to the Peoria Urban Enterprise Zone Designating Ordinance & Intergovernmental Agreement
