City of Eureka City Council will meet April 15.

8. Consideration of an Intergovernmental Agreement with Woodford County for Animal Control Services.

9. Consideration of Resolution 24-09, a resolution for road closures of a state maintained highway for the District 140 Homecoming Parade.

10. Consideration of Water Write-offs for FY 23-24.

11. Presentation of Ordinance 24-03, an ordinance for the operating budget of FY 24-25 .

12. Consideration of Application for CDAP loan from City by Jordon White of Linelock Locating, LLC and approval of Ordinance 24-04, an Ordinance for a loan agreement with Linelock Locating, LLC.

13. Consideration of bids for sewer plant improvements to take place in FY 24-25.
