Illinois Free Fishing Days are set to take place from June 14 to June 17, coinciding with Father’s Day weekend. During this four-day event, anglers can fish without needing a fishing license, salmon stamp, or inland trout stamp.

The initiative aims to encourage people to discover the enjoyment of fishing and offers an opportunity for families to introduce their children to outdoor activities.
