Village of Swansea Planning & Zoning Board will meet July 9.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Village of Swansea Planning & Zoning Board will hold a public hearing on Tue, July 9, 2024, at 6:00 pm, at the Swansea Government Center, 1444 Boul Ave., to consider the following:

Application 24-Savannah Motors, LLC, a request for change of use for the property located at 1341 N Illinois St, Swansea, IL 62226. Location of said application is in the PB-Planned Business District.

Said application has been filed by Swansea Code Official Eric Heinzl. Said application is available for inspection at the Swansea Government Center, or by calling 234-0044 between the hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm.

This hearing will be accessible to all persons. Anyone needing special accommodations should call 234-0044 no later than 4:00pm on June 25, 2024.
