MINUTES FOR REGULAR/HEARING MEETING
1. Call to order: 7:00PM

3. Public Hearing: The purpose of this meeting is to consider and make recommendations regarding a rezoning of 717 N. First St. from R-1 to R-2.
4. Public input: Mykola Petrenko - 717 N 1st - explained the goal was for his mother to be able to rent out the upstairs of her house in the event he moved out. Currently no plans to move.
5. Discussion: Motion by Jim Benisch to recommend rezoning 717 N 1st from R-1 to R-2, seconded by Maria, motion carried unanimously.
6. Regular meeting called to order: 7:04
7. Approval of May 7, 2024 minutes: Motion by Shaun to approve minutes as presented, seconded by Thu, motion carries.
