Village of Bellevue Board of Trustees met June 11.

I. CALL TO ORDER
The Mayor called the Village of Bellevue meeting to order at the Village Hall @ 6:00 p.m.
II. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Ross Pesch; Trustee Sandra Cooper; Trustee Judith Wight; Trustee Paul Eichhorn; Trustee Aaron Lannert; Trustee Leroy Wiseman; Attorney Lane Alster; Theresa Johanson, Village Treasurer
Absent: None
III. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG
IV. CONSENT AGENDA
A. Approval of Regular Session Minutes – May 28, 2024.
B. Approval of Bills
Trustee Wight moved to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. Trustee Wiseman seconded the motion. Approved with the following roll call vote:
Yes: 5
No: 0
Abstain: 0
V. PUBLIC COMMENTS
*All public comments are limited to 3 minutes per person
VI. ACTION ITEMS
A. Review of Bids for 320 S. Main St. Mayor Pesch stated that bids have not been received.
*Item removed from the agenda.
VII. INFORMATION/DISCUSSION
A. Sheriff’s Report
B. Streets Superintendent and Maintenance Report-Mr. Wilson commented that waterways on Closen Rd. have been completed.
C. Zoning and Code Enforcement Report-Mr. Raible stated that two tickets have been issued for trailers.
D. Treasurer’s Report
E. Mayor’s Report
1. Mayor Pesch thanked Steve, Micheal, and Matt for the clean-up days.
2. A contract was received by American Publishing for codification services. Mayor Pesch requested Board members to review the websites of the two separate companies before proceeding with a contract for codification.

G. Attorney’s Report-Attorney Alster stated that the engineers are hoping to be done in 10-
15 days regarding the business district.
VIII. ADJOURNMENT
Trustee Lannert moved to adjourn the meeting. Trustee Wight seconded the motion. The meeting was adjourned by voice vote @ 6:25 p.m.
