Peoria Standard

Recently, Representative Weaver visited Rankin School in Pekin. Superintendent Dr. Matt Gordon guided the tour for Weaver and his team, showcasing the school's facilities. During the visit, Weaver engaged with teachers, administrators, and staff to understand how he could support them in Springfield. He also interacted with students discussing various topics including their interests and favorite subjects.

Weaver noted the evident "Rankin Pride" throughout the school and expressed gratitude for the warm reception from Dr. Gordon, as well as from teachers, staff, and students.
