Manager Reports

7.1. T-Hangar Construction

T-Hangar construction is wrapping up, but some items still remain outstanding. The concrete floors have been repaired, and epoxy coating is finished. Still waiting on long lead electrical panels before the electrical can be completed. The parts are now estimated for December delivery. Seeding and hydro mulching is to begin next week.

7.2. T-Hangar Pavment Construction

All paperwork has been completed now, and the state has issued a contract with R.A. Cullinan. Due to the timing and contractors' current ongoing jobs, they are telling us there won't be time this fall to complete the pavement. We will be the first job in the spring when the weather and ground permits the pavement installation.

7.3. Solar Lease Discussion and progress

Several meetings have been held with the ad hock members reviewing the lease for the solar project. The review should be done soon and will then be sent to the city attorney for review and changes. The timeline is for the lease edits to be done in October with a November presentation to council for approval. Hopefully this timeline holds.
