My Office had the honor of attending the Galva Veterans Day Assembly yesterday at Galva Jr./Sr. High School.
The event was an incredible display of thanks to all of the veterans we are so grateful for. From amazing speeches by CW4 (Ret.) Jerry Becker, Superintendent of Galva Schools, and SFC Kenya Howard, Material Management NCO, Rock Island Arsenal, Illinois, to a Patriotic Poem by Galva students – it truly was a remarkable experience.
Thank you to the administrators, staff, teachers, and students in Galva for putting this together, and thank you to all veterans for your service and sacrifice to our great nation!
