I. CALL TO ORDER
The Mayor called the Village of Bellevue meeting to order at the Village Hall @ 6:00 p.m.
II. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Ross Pesch; Trustee Sandra Cooper; Trustee Aaron Lannert; Trustee Judith Wight; Trustee Leroy Wiseman; Attorney Lane Alster; Susan Pesch, Village Clerk; Theresa Johanson, Village Treasurer
Absent: Trustee Paul Eichhorn

A. Approval of Regular Session Minutes – November 12, 2024.
B. Approval of Bills
Trustee Wight moved to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. Trustee Lannert seconded the motion.

A. Trustee Lannert moved to approve and Adopt Ordinance 2024-2025 Tax Levy. Trustee Wiseman seconded the motion.

B. Trustee Lannert moved to approve the Purchase of Christmas Lights at $500. Mayor Pesch seconded the motion.

F. Trustee Lannert moved to approve paying the three TIF Bosch Rd. bank notes in full. Trustee Wight seconded the motion.

G. Discussion and Approval of Ordinance Amending Liquor Control Ordinance to Modify Class B Restaurant Hours of Operation. Board members discussed adding a Class B license with the closing hours Sunday through Thursday at 10:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. for Friday and Saturday. Board members agreed to the hours for a Class B license.

a. Caucus – Trustee Lannert stated that the caucus is Monday, December 2nd. Mrs. Pesch stated that she would not be present at the caucus. Mrs. Pesch informed the Board members that she received independent petitions from Ms. Wight, Mrs. Cooper, and Mr. Pesch.
b. Christmas Lights Contest – Board members discussed having Attorney Alster judge the Christmas lights contest on December 9th. A winner would be announced at the December 10th Board meeting.

VIII. ADJOURNMENT
Trustee Lannert moved to adjourn the meeting. Trustee Cooper seconded the motion. The meeting was adjourned by voice vote @ 6:24 p.m.
