House Republicans request IHSA response on sports policies

On March 18, a letter was sent by the House Republican caucus to the Illinois High School Association (IHSA). The letter asked for clarification on how the association's policies and protocols for administering high school sports would be amended in accordance with President Donald J. Trump's Executive Order. The Executive Order prohibits biological men from competing against biological women in sports. As of now, the IHSA has not responded to this inquiry.
