State Representative Ryan Spain recently hosted Miss Illinois County Fair Queen Johnna Fulcher at the Illinois House of Representatives. Fulcher, hailing from Geneseo in the 73rd House District, participated as a House Page for the day. Her visit coincided with Agriculture Legislative Day, held on April 9, 2025, where she actively advocated for Illinois agriculture.
