Representative Spain honored by Illinois Credit Union League and ABATE

Rep. Ryan Spain was recognized on the House floor last week for his contributions and efforts in various legislative matters. He received two distinct honors - the "2025 Legislative Champion" awarded by the Illinois Credit Union League, and the title of "Legislator of the Year" given by ABATE.
