A Finance Committee Meeting of the El Paso City Council was called to order by Chairman Moore on April 7, 2025, at 6:00 PM.
Council Members Present: Brucker, Kilpatrick, Moore and Mool. Absent: None. Present in Person: Director of Public Services Barry Kauther, Mayor JW Price, Administrative Assistant Sandee Kessinger and Clerk David Fever. Also present: Karen Wilkey.
Also present by Zoom Application: Per Zoom software online was Public Works Supervisor Casey Jones and Jennie Kearney.
Pledge of allegiance to the flag was recited.
Budget Discussion: Current update proposed budget was distributed.
Listing of Capital Projects and Equipment being budgeted for in Fiscal Year 2026 were reviewed.
Various reports were passed out and explained, they include Example of monthly Treasurer's Report, Summary of all funds and Projected Activity for current Fiscal Year and Cash in Banks by fund as of April 6, 2025.
Motion by Brucker seconded by Kilpatrick to adjourn. Voice vote taken of all ayes. The meeting was adjourned at 6:55 PM.
