On June 10, 2025, a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request was submitted to Stark County, Illinois. 3. Documentation of those who have sought or obtained a Standard Homestead Exemption for Veterans with Disabilities in accordance with Illinois statute 35 ILCS 200/15-169 from tax year 2024 onwards.

4. Information on individuals who have requested or received a Returning Veteran’s Homestead Exemption under Illinois statute 35 ILCS 200/15-172 during this timeframe.
