RFP Review Proposals - 1249 N Fourth Street Property

Director Beadles submitted the proposals received for 1249 N Fourth Street. Three proposals had originally been submitted but one had withdrawn. The remaining proposals were discussed at length.

RFP - Review Proposal - Properties behind City Hall

Director Beadles submitted the proposal received for the properties behind city hall. Discussion ensued.

Closed Session - Sale or Lease Real Estate - Section 2 (c) (6)

The open session reconvened at 5:48pm.

RFP - Decision - 1249 N Fourth Street Property

The consensus of the committee was to forward to council for approval the proposal received by Chris Atkinson of Atkinson Construction.

RFP Decision - Properties behind City Hall

The consensus of the committee was to forward to council to reject all bids.
