Auburn officials to hold public meeting on possible TIF redevelopment zone

Auburn will hold a public meeting to discuss the proposed Auburn tax-increment financing (TIF) district at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, March 15, at Auburn City Hall, 324 W. Jefferson St.

The city will advise property owners and other stakeholders with interests in the redevelopment area that the city is considering the creation of a TIF redevelopment zone. City officials at the meeting then will hear public comments on the idea.
