PUBLIC HEARING Regarding the Proposed ANNEXATION of 5403 N CHARTER OAK LANE, PEORIA, ILLINOIS, to be held at City Hall, Council Chambers (Room 400), 419 Fulton Street, Peoria, Illinois.
