7. Consider & vote to approve engagement letter with Gorenz & Associates, Ltd. For audit
of financial statements of governmental activities fiscal year 2016-17.
8. Building permits.
9. Report from the Superintendent of Public Works.
10. EXECUTIVE SESSION: To consider the appointment, employment, compensation,
discipline, performance or dismissal of a specific employee of the Village.
11. Return to regular session.
12. Any other action that needs to be taken regarding Executive Session.
13. Any other business that needs to be brought before the board.
