Village of Norwood Board of Trustees met March 7.
Here is the minutes provided by the Board:
The board members attending were: Kenny Pierce, Brent Modglin, Kelly Rendleman, and Mary Melaga.
Absent were: William Roberson and Russ Trantina.
Due to a lack of quorum, this meeting was not held.
Attorney Josh Herman was present. The Attorney did inform the attending board members the following:
o Concerning the compensation given for service of picking up garbage, compensation for said services rendered was proper.
o Due to the very busy tax season, the new accountant owner (Steven Greim) is not able to meet with the Board until June 2017.
Due to no quorum to conduct business, a Special Board meeting will be held on March 13, 2017 at 7 pm.
With nothing further to address, the meeting adjourned.
