Peoria County Operations Committee met April 24.

Here is the minutes provided by the Committee:

Members Present: Thomas O'Neill - Chairman; Gregory Adamson, Michael Phelan, Steven Rieker (via teleconference), Barry Robinson, Paul Rosenbohm, William Watkins, Jr.

Members Absent: Rachael Parker

Others Present: Scott Sorrel - County Administrator; Shauna Musselman - Assistant County Administrator; Larry Evans - State's Attorney's Office; Sharon Williams - County Board Member; Eric Dubrowski - Chief Financial Officer; Angela Loftus - County Administration; Mark Little - Chief Information Officer; Dan O'Connell - Facilities; Tyler McCoy, Joe Needham - Sheriff's Office; Doug Gaa - Sheriff's Office; Emily Connors - Health Department; Tim Turpin - Heddington Oaks; Keith Braskich - Legal Counsel

Call to Order:

Chairman O'Neill called the meeting to order at 2:05 p.m.

Approval of Minutes:

A motion to approve the executive session minutes of March 9, 2017 and March 27, 2017 and regular session minutes of March 27, 2017 was made by Mr. Watkins and seconded by Approval of Minutes Mr. Robinson. The motion carried.

Informational:

• New Hire

Mr. Sorrel advised that the report focuses on the performance of the most current VRI. He noted each monthly report will feature quarterly data on a rolling basis.

Resolution:

• 2017 Toner and Inkjet Bid

A motion to approve was made by Mr. Phelan and seconded by Mr. Rosenbohm. The motion carried, with Mr. Rieker voting aye via teleconference.

A motion to go into executive session to discuss Labor Relations was made by Mr. Rosenbohm and seconded by Mr. Watkins. The motion carried.

Executive Session:

Regular session resumed upon a motion by Mr. Rosenbohm and second by Mr. Phelan.

Adjournment:

The meeting was adjourned by Chairman O'Neill at 3:40 p.m.
