Peoria County Land Use Committee met June 8.

Call to Order:
Mr. Dillon called the meeting to order at 5:33 p.m.
Zoning Case:
029-17-U, Petition of Marshall Bailey:Mr. O'Neill made a motion to support the zoning board's decision to deny to request and wasseconded by Ms. Williams.
Ms. Urban explained that the special use case is for a major home occupation for a truckingbusiness connected with major environmental disasters and major clearance projects. She statedthat the special use also involves outdoor storage of equipment consisting of one truck and twotrailers, as well as a special use request to vary from the landscaping requirements.
Ms. Urban advised that staff recommended approval with nine restrictions to mitigate impact tothe surrounding area. The Zoning Board recommended denial unanimously.
A vote was taken and the motion passed; (5-0) (Ms. Parker, Mr. Robinson and Mr. Rosenbohmwere absent.)
Adjournment: Mr. Dillon adjourned the meeting at 5:35 p.m.
