Case No. 17-09: Susan Falk is requesting a variance for the property located at 1432 S. Second Ave. Petitioner seeks a variance from Ordinance #78-31 relative to setbacks. The required front setback is 25'. The new covered porch would be 21'5" from the Property line, resulting in a variance of 3'7".
